I had also gone to local centre with info pass to buy some more time to reply MTR coz i didnt have enough evidence to prove A2P .they told me file within 30 days with what ever i have as tell them that u got notice on 28th day n buy more time .But advice was to file within 30 days .

Employer is not required to inform about EAD usage. On the contrary, Employer has to inform about discontinuation of H-1B for that employee. That will absolve employer H-1B employer for any condition or payment for wages for conditions such as unproductive time (aka bench).
There is no regulation that requires employer to inform USCIS when employment (and I-9) is filled due to EAD, Green Card, or US citizenship.

I thought many who had submitted in July 2007 (July fiasco) had got FP notice...but not sure....
I thought you got second FP notice..now i got your point..that you have received FP notice with some sort of stamp after your FP was done..but I dont think they sent this type of notice to everyone/rarely..

This is exactly what happened to my case. My attorney sent the porting request three time with no success. He says USCIS is returning the request without giving any reason.

If you think the price is to go up, then you can buy them at current market value of 26 and hold them. You don't have to pay 30 for it :-)
Options are only valuable if they are more than the exercisable price, if not the paper is worth nothing.
Why do you want to buy the options at that price? Can't you just buy it from the open market and that way option will exxpire and there will be that many less open shares.

Attorney saying she did fallow up with USCIS but she got response back that since they (USCIS) already approved my case she can only do proting when I file 484 under EB2 category.
Can you ask her to do inter-filing for I-485? I thought lawyer just need to send a letter to link new I-140 to your existing I-485 application.

Cigna did for me. They gave a full reimbursement for my wife and a partial for me. I just used the forms they had on their website and the doctor's receipts.

I got it for missing Medicals for both me and my wife.
I would trust anytime my lawyer than USCIS.
here is what they did.
Wrong address even though filed for AR11 online and received Soft LUD online. This is one year old address and they didn't even put APT# in my old address. God's Grace I received it by mail fowarding without APT#
Didn't update my online status. Still showing Pending and no LUD or soft LUD
I know my lawyer put in G28 and medicals both when he was mailing it as I was the one who finally inspected and mailed the package.
Some other folks also got for Medicals. Looks to me a routine to get rid off pending cases or preadjudicate.

Quick approval, applied on 10/17 and approved on 10/20 after continous LUDs. The customer service rep at TSC told me when I called this morning. Awaiting the 5 emails.
But on the I-485 things are bit muddy. TSC told me the fingerprint is stuck at FBI, FBI told me today they returned on the same day..Aug 22, 2006! TSA rep suggested we fax the TSC Director to request updating records. My boss did that. Lets see what happens.
Its a relief to have an approved I-140!

Since the last action is you came on L1, you can apply for change of status to change from L1b to H1. Once it is approved, you can go back to H1b.

Regarding my savings, i have been a full time employee of the company for which i work since i was on my CPT and now as i am on my OPT. Now the question to me is that since i have about 16k dollars in my saving account right now, should i sponsor them based on my OPT or should i just remit all the amount back to india back into my fathers account, and ask him to self sponsor him.
I have heard that the visa officer does ask you about the transactions that are fairly big and failry recent ones. Woudnt it create a further doubt if i transfer this savings back to my fathers account, and be in more problem.
Please Guys , if you can share your advice here, it would be really helpful for me here. I really dont want my parents visa to get rejected the third time.

Here's another parallel Idea.
Let us try to schedule a meet with the prospective presidential Candidates (McCain, Clinton and Obama) instead to let them know our issues.
By the time we actually get a meeting with the current president, his term may have expired. The presidential candidates, on the other hand will have some time now (not a whole lot but a little). If we squeeze some time there, we may be able to atleast get our issues out there.
The reason we should meet the current President is that he has nothing to loose...he may show some sympathy on us....Though the prospective candidates will support us, they cannot show their full support in public till elections are over and they settle down...sometime end of 2009!
